KUNG FU Kimchi & Squid Gyoza
1. Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a preheated skillet or saucepan
2. Place frozen gyozas flat side down in the pan
3. Sear on medium high heat for 30 seconds
4. Add 5 tablespoons of water to pan
5. Turn hear to medium and cover with lid. Steam for about 6 minutes until the water evaporates
6. Leave gyozas in pan for about 2 minutes allowing the base of the gyozas to become brown and crispy
7. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
