Kung Fu Duck Gyoza (Hoisin Flavour)
Deep Fry: Preheat oil to 160℃. Deep fry the gyoza for 8 minutes until they turn to golden brown.
Pan Fry: Place 1 tbsp of oil and the frozen gyoza into a frying pan and fry on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add 60ml of water, then cover and boil for another 3 minutes. Remove the lid and continue to boil for another 4 to5 minutes until all of the water evaporates.
Steam: Steam at 100℃ for 7-8 minutes.
Microwave: Heat on medium power for 8 minutes in microwave.
